and curfews have been announced.

Eid prayer gatherings have been banned in Saudi Arabia, Algeria, and Egypt.

The Syrian government has also banned Eid al-Fitr gatherings in the country.

The Syrian Ministry of Religious Affairs has instructed the Syrian people to offer Eid prayers at home with family members.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has announced a nationwide curfew on Eid.
